About the role

We are looking for an experience Senior Surveyor to provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team. Our Senior Surveyors are responsible for the provision of accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team, whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.

About You

An experienced Senior Surveyor, you will ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), already hold or working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you will ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £40 million and will have managed quantity surveyors.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
