About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our office, dealing with enquires, whether in person or by telephone, managing our switchboard, promptly, politely and pleasantly, offering help and assistance as required. Greeting and assisting visitors, offering refreshments, you’ll handle any questions about the business, offering brochures with business information, whilst maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area.

About You

With a good standard of education, either GCSE level or equivalent (NVQ Level 2), you’ll have experience of delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to understand and following policies and procedures within the organisation. Working effectively with colleagues and the ability to work well alone, or part of a team, you’ll have good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to know when to ask for help and guidance.
