If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for a motivated and talented BIM Manager to join us in Yorkshire and North East, covering the DEOP programme!
About the Role
Joining us as our Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and implementation of BIM to deliver the Employee Information Requirements EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and any other BIM requirements.
Managing the delivery of the digital work packages, which will involve the timely delivery of information and training of all parties. The digital work packages will be aligned to Morgan Sindall and projects BIM requirements and you will ensure the required deliverables are defined, agreed and communicated to all parties.
About You
Educated to professional level with a relevant degree or equivalent in a core business discipline, you’ll have a thorough understanding and passion for BIM, with project management skills and construction management experience. You’ll have detailed knowledge of workflows (schematic, design, design, development, construction documentation phrases) and project management.
You’ll have detailed knowledge of different needs of the design delivery team (architects, engineers, estimators, planners and contractors) with excellent report writing, presentation and communication skills.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, or Defence schemes between £30 and £100 million working as part of larger delivery teams would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
