Our Commitment
The built environment is for everyone. The more inclusive and diverse the construction industry can become, the more it serves the needs of our communities.
At Morgan Sindall Construction, we are committed to creating a working environment and culture where every individual can feel safe, experience a sense of belonging and is empowered to achieve their full potential.
That's why it's important to us to build a workplace that's representative of our society and the communities in which we work. And why it's essential that we have a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion so we can ensure we provide a workplace that is fair, equitable, inclusive and respectful to all.

Speaking up to stop harmful behaviour
It goes without saying that in the Construction Industry, being safe is a priority; this doesn’t just mean our physical safety but our mental wellbeing too.
This includes working in an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, victimisation and bullying.
We take this issue seriously. We won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone, including employees, workers, third parties or members of the public. We encourage anyone who has experienced this or witnessed harmful behaviour to report it, so we can stop it.
Sexual harassment continues to remain a widespread workplace issue today. Sexual harassment is never ok and it's never a joke – it’s against the law and it has to stop.
We take our legal duty seriously and are committed to preventing sexual harassment in our workplace. You can read more about how we are addressing this in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy.
