Groundbreaking event arranged

As you are aware we have been on site carrying out works to 29 Marylebone Road project since December 2023 for the University of Westminster.

As a responsible contractor, we like to keep residents and the wider community aware of upcoming works and events taking place on our site.

We would like to inform you that on the morning of Wednesday 27th March 2024, the client has arranged a Ground-Breaking event to celebrate the start of this exciting development, share news about this project and thank all those for making this project happen.

Representatives from the City of Westminster Council, the Client (University of Westminster) and others who are involved in the project have all been invited.

The event will partly take place at our rear site entrance on Bingham Place for around 30 minutes, this will include a group of people gathered by our vehicle site entrance as well as some photos being taken. All attendees will be walking down Bingham Place to the rear of the site and leaving the same way.

The event will be managed and controlled by Morgan Sindall staff to ensure there is no impact on the local residents and stakeholders.
