About the project
Morgan Sindall Construction will be carrying out the refurbishment and extension works of the building on Luxborough Street and extending the current building to Bingham Place. The project team will remodel and extend the roof to provide internal and external terrace floor space. The new works will accommodate a lift to the rear at the lower ground up to the fifth floor.
As part of the new works, there will be a café on the ground floor. The building will be a learning and non-residential institution. The local community will enjoy seeing a modern facility in their neighbourhood.
Working in the Westminster community
Making a positive difference in the communities where we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The London team is part of the wider London & Home Counties business unit, which operates out of four offices, the Euston office being associated with this project.
Monica Paul, Social Value Manager, is the dedicated community contact for the Zone 29 project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community.
As a business, we are members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and are signed up to the Code of Considerate Practice, which lies with Westminster Council’s environmental team, to minimise impact from the project works.
By visiting this page, residents and the wider community will obtain information about the project on Zone 29. Here residents, businesses and the wider community will be able to contact to the team, to share their views and raise concerns. If you have any questions, please do get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of the page with any queries regarding the project.
Our project team will provide monthly newsletters to residents and the wider community. This page will be kept up to date with relevant information about the construction works and upcoming opportunities for Westminster residents.
