Project Update - April 2025

Further enabling works at the Outdoor Sports Centre will take place at the end of this month to prepare for the main programme of works starting late spring.

Southern Water will be carrying out necessary drainage diversion works to prepare for the construction of the new hub building proposed as part of the sports centre redevelopment. These enabling works will run alongside the main programme.

Part of the tennis courts will be out of use for the duration of both Southern Water’s and Morgan Sindall’s works, however the upper tier part of the tennis court will remain open and unaffected.
