Immersive SHE training

The Morgan Sindall safety team carried out two immersive training sessions focusing on People/Plant Interface, with Morgan Sindall staff and WM Donald employees in attendance.

The Morgan Sindall Immersive Training module uses 360 film and virtual reality technology. The aim of the training is to raise awareness of the key aspects for working safely and help our workforce understand the importance of working to our company standards and procedures, and how a failure to do so can affect our safety at work. The images below show the workforce discussing some key observations which we later discuss as a group.
