Overview

Morgan Sindall Construction are delivering a new SEND facility for Brent Council and Newman Catholic College.

The new two-storey building will consist of a prefabricated timber frame and timber cassette floors, with a brickwork façade and a felt flat roof.

We commenced on site 25th November 2024 and are due to hand the completed teaching facility over ahead of the new academic year in September 2025.

Project Update

We have completed site establishment works within the first few weeks on site, installing our welfare and office facility, Site Fencing, Temporary power and water supply's and CCTV/Security.

Upcoming Work

Following the Christmas break we will be returning to commence with demolition works to the existing house building and a section of the existing basement, following these works we will then look to commence with groundworks activities such as drainage and foundations.
