Connecting with Wealden Works Heathfield

Our team recently spent a morning with Wealden Works Heathfield, where their dedicated team provide invaluable opportunities for young people (aged 16-24) in the Wealden area who may not have access to business connections or support networks. Their aim is to help bridge the gap between education and the world of work, empowering young people on their journeys toward meaningful employment.

Our Social Value Manager, Bryn, had the privilege of meeting with 10 motivated candidates, all eager to begin their careers in diverse fields—mechanics, engineering, music, tattoo artistry, childcare, and even aviation!
