March update
The site team have collated some progress images from some of the latest activity that has taken place on the Great Yarmouth Learning Hub project over the past month.

Ground and first floor progress
- The ground floor (images 1-3) of the project is making some quick progress with the areas of the ceiling being painted and internal walls being constructed, with mechanical and electrical work now taking place.
- Taping and jointing mostly complete on the first floor (images 4-7), whilst steel strengthening beams have been installed to support the original structure. A temporary staircase has been installed whilst some of the original staircases are removed / refurbished.
Second floor and roof progress
- Ceilings across the second floor (images 1-3) have been painted and M&E containment trays have been installed
- Waterproofing works on the roof (images 4-6) continue with a number of repairs taking place on various pitched roofs across the building.
