April update
The site team have collated some progress images from some of the latest activity that has taken place on the Great Yarmouth Learning Hub project over the past month.
Please take a look and keep revisiting our project page for more updates.
Site activities:
- The ground floor is quickly taking shape with the majority of internal partitions now constructed. Air conditioning units and ductwork are being installed along with electrical hardware. Decorating is now taking place in preparation for the plumbers to commence on site. External windows are now being installed along the south elevation.
- First floor has made similar progress to the ground floor with most internal partitions being constructed and windows being installed.
- Structural timber roof repairs are now complete, allowing the roofers to begin tilling. The atrium has been made water tight and original stained glass has been preserved.
- Waterproofing works in the basement are making good progress and should be complete very soon.
