About the project

COPFS Elgin Retrofit will turn Elgin’s Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) office into a modern, eco-friendly and energy-efficient space.

Working in the Elgin community

Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The Scotland Special Works team is part of the wider Scotland business unit, which operates out of two regional offices, the Inverness Office being associated with this project.

Patrick Johnson, project manager, is the dedicated community contact for the COPFS Elgin Retrofit project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community. If you have any questions, please do get in touch with Patrick via the contact form at the bottom of the page with any queries regarding the project.

As a business we are proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which has a Code of Considerate Practice designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

This page will provide a snapshot of activities we have been undertaking in the local community.
