Team welcome students to site
This week, the site team welcomed first-year electrical students from Crawley College to tour the project, see current progress and give them an insight into a live site environment.
Welcome to the project page for the Crawley Innovation Centre (CIC) project, which is being built by Morgan Sindall Construction.
Here you can read about the project and its positive effect on the community, and track progress as it happens.
The Crawley Innovation Centre project involves converting 24,500 square feet of commercial space across three floors in the former Travel House building into custom business space, introducing new solar and highly energy-efficient technologies to provide a low-carbon solution.
Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The Southern Home Counties team is part of the wider London & Home Counties business unit, which operates out of 3 regional offices, the Brighton Office being associated with this project.
James Ramsden, Senior Project Manager, is the dedicated community contact for the Crawley Innovation Centre project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community. If you have any questions, please do get in touch with James via the contact form at the bottom of the page with any queries regarding the project.
As a business we are proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme which has a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.
This page will provide a snapshot of activities we have been undertaking in the local community.
