On Wednesday, November 18th, Morgan Sindall's North West region held its annual supply chain event and award ceremony at the Lowry venue in Salford Quays. The event drew an impressive turnout, with more than 130 members of our supply chain family in attendance.
Throughout the event, our guests had the opportunity to engage with presentations delivered by the Morgan Sindall team. These presentations shed light on forthcoming work opportunities within our project pipeline and emphasised the importance of pertinent themes such as social value, sustainability and awareness of modern slavery.
The event served as an occasion to celebrate the collective achievements of our supply chain family. Notable highlights from the past year include the successful completion projects such as the Wirral Growth Company Grade A Offices in Birkenhead, Islington Wharf 4 Residential Scheme, a multi storey car park at North Manchester General Hospital and the House of Sport RFL Headquarters and National Tennis Centre refurbishment.
We also acknowledged the ongoing efforts and accomplishments on live projects such as the Hammerstone Road Refurbishment in Gorton, New House Academy in Heywood and the School of Veterinary Medicine at UCLan in Preston.
The event culminated a series of awards to recognise the outstanding work being undertaken by our supply chain partners. The winners, who are detailed below, will go forward into Morgan Sindall's National Supply Chain awards to take place in Birmingham later this year.
