Leading UK construction and regeneration company, Morgan Sindall Group plc, is celebrating after its divisions won a total of 66 Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards this year, including 12 gold, 28 silver and 26 bronze awards, topping the contractors’ leader board.
Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure won 39 awards in total. The group’s partnership housing provider Lovell almost tripled their 2018 haul with 17 awards. Fit-out specialists Overbury and Morgan Lovell achieved nine and one respectively.
CCS National Site Awards are given to the highest performing construction sites across the country. They must demonstrate exceptional levels of consideration in securing everyone’s safety; respect for the community; caring for the workforce; enhancing site appearance; and protecting the environment.

West Suffolk Operational Hub - Demonstrating the highest standards of the scheme - Runner-Up for Most Considerate Site £1m to £5m - Morgan Sindall Construction
The Pines Primary School project - Winner the Most Considerate Site £500k to £1m - Overbury
Columbia Threadneedle Property Investment project, Solihull
