Morgan Sindall Construction has celebrated the outstanding work of their supply chain partners as part of their annual National Supply Chain Awards ceremony, which is in its second year running.
The event welcomed the winners of the regional awards - which were held across the business throughout the year - together with the Morgan Sindall Construction team for a celebratory national event of which, winners and highly commended were picked for ten national awards.
The event recognised the supply chain’s important contribution to the continued success and performance of the business and was an opportunity for Morgan Sindall Construction’s leadership team to thank the supply chain partners for their ongoing support throughout 2022.
The awards event also drew attention to the unique approach Morgan Sindall Construction is taking, with the support of their supply chain, in response to the modern construction agenda. Pat Boyle, Managing Director, reinforced the significance the supply chain’s contribution has had as part of delivering their Intelligent Solutions approach, and asked attendees to keep seeking new ways to innovate to reduce carbon & waste on site and create positive outcomes for the local community.
The ceremony was held at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester and was attended by over 200 people. Famous stand-up comedian, writer and actor Hal Cruttenden, entertained guests as the evenings host.

Gavin Jamieson, Head of Supply Chain for Morgan Sindall Construction said:
A fantastic evening to celebrate the performance of our supply chain. It was great to see attendees from across the UK join us for our 2022 National Supply Chain Awards at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester. Our supply chain strategy continues to be the bedrock of our business ensuring our supply chain are an extension of our business. With early and honest communication we have, and continue to, develop long term relationships. We are confident that we have the best supply chain in the industry and our aim to retain and develop those relationships.
We recognise our best performing subcontractors through our Preferred Supply Chain Partner programme, which drives closer engagement, a deeper relationship, and rewards this consistent high performance with repeat work and no retention.
We hope everyone enjoyed the awards and we look forward to continuing our shared success in the years to come.
