About the Role

Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.Actively involved in customer engagement to understand future opportunities within the Cumbrian area. Oversight of Design management function within the Cumbrian area

About You

An experienced Manager with demonstrable knowledge/experience of project management principles along with managing HSEQ in a regulated environment.A good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance and experience in assessing value/evaluating variations of construction works undertaken.Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes.Proven experience leading a design team and success with design strategy and approach.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
